Hebei Yuandong Communication System Engineering Co.,Ltd. established in March 1995, is a state-owned enterprise,  whose shares are absolutely controlled by the 54th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC). The company is a high-tech enterprise ratified by the Hebei Provincial Government,  and is evaluated as trustworthy enterprise of Hebei Province.  It is a Grade A electronic engineering design enterprise authorized by the Ministry of Construction, and has Class i qualification certificate for electronic engineering specialty contract and its own import/export trade right.

     The company is situated in City Shijiazhuang, the communication hub in North China. With a registered capital of 50 million RMB yuan,  it has a total staff of more than 600,  among which there're 17 professors of engineering,  55 senior engineers,  111 engineers and 59 registered constructors and project managers with various certificates.   The company owns 99 national patents, including 11 patents of invention and 88 patents of utility model.

     Since establishment, the company, supported by the abundant technical resources and reserves of the 54th Research Institute of CETC and as the Institute's base for the transformation of scientific achievements from the military to the civil and for industrialization,  has developed and produced many high-tech products and formed lots of product series.  7 items have been successively listed in the national Torch Program and 5 evaluated as national-level new product. In 2002,  the production of antenna series for wideband satellite communication earth station was listed by the National Development and Reform Commission as model project for national high-tech industrialization.
